Two apartments in the town-centre of Sopot , just a few steps to the tennis-club,near the famous Hotel-Grand, 100m from the beach, 400m from the wooden pier and Monte Cassino Street. Situated in a hundred years old tenement-house in Sopot, newly-renovated, comfortably furnished and fully- equipped.
Two twin-apartments on the ground floor are separated by the double-door, which can be opened by request.
Each apartment (40 m²) is suitable for 2-4 people (extra bed for the fifth person). It consists of the large bedroom on the first floor and the dining -room with the kitchen and the bathroom on the ground floor.
The two apartments have the independent entries, the Blue from the main hall, the Green from the street.
The orange apartment (30 m² and newly renovated) is situated on the first floor. The apartment is suitable for two people (extra bed for the third person). It consists of the kitchen with dining-room, the bedroom and the bathroom.
There are a grocery shop, a hairdresser, a beauty parlour, a solarium in the neighbor building.
Apartments are suitable for families with children.
Pets are welcome.
Fully-equipped with high standard.
Cars can be parked in front of the house or on the attended car park (50zł / a day).
Sopot is called a pearl of 3-city.
In the summer pulses here great social life. A lot of cafes, restaurants, summer gardens, pubs, discos, Atelier Theater by the sea, fishing wharf , the longest wooden pier in Europe and a wonderful sandy beach and the ”crooked house” – that`s what Sopot is famous for.

In Forest Opera you can find various concerts, shows and cultural events.
In Atelier Theater on the beach you can watch plays and recitals. In a sports hall and tennis hall you will find lots of sports events, matches , shows and exhibitions. In the summer we recommend ship journeys to Hel, Gdańsk and Gdynia.
In the winter we`d like to invite you to an ice rink on the pier and a slope at Łysa Góra Mountain.
